We don’t have live previews on the website. Instead, we confirm your colour, name, date and note on WhatsApp, and can send a photo of the yarn if the exact colour matters.
Most pieces dispatch in 2–3 days after we confirm your order. Delivery then usually takes 2–3 days to metro cities and 4–7 days elsewhere. Check your pincode on any product page.
Yes. Crochet flowers don’t wilt. Keep them away from water and strong sun, dust them now and then, and they’ll stay for years.
Personalised, made-to-order pieces can’t be returned for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, message us within 48 hours and we’ll replace it or refund you.
