How we handle names, dates, notes and custom requests.
We confirm every detail first
We don't have live previews on the website. Instead, we confirm the colour, spelling of any name, the date and your note with you on WhatsApp before making starts. Please check them carefully — we make exactly what you confirm.
What we can and can't add
We can add a name, a date and a short note to the gift card. We won't make pieces with content that is hateful, explicit, or uses someone else's trademark.
Reference photos
For fully custom requests, you can send a reference photo on WhatsApp. We will tell you honestly what we can match and what will look different when made by hand.
