What we collect
We don't have customer accounts. When you order, you share your name, phone number, address and gift details with us on WhatsApp. We use them only to make and deliver your order and to talk to you about it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, such as which pages are visited and where visitors came from. This uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.
Saved on your device
Your gift bag and wishlist are saved in your own browser, not on our servers.
Messages from us
We only send you updates if you join the Handmade Gift Club, and you can leave at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp.
Your data
Ask us on WhatsApp or by email and we will tell you what we hold about you, or delete it.
