When you get a refund
You get a refund if you cancel before making starts, or if your order arrives damaged or wrong and you choose a refund over a replacement.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the UPI account or payment method you used, usually within 5–7 working days of approval. For cash-on-delivery orders we refund to a UPI ID you share with us.
